How Do I Meet People?
The Journey has many opportunities for you to be invovled in ministry, whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities. We want you to be a part of our vibrant faith family. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at The Journey.
Small Groups
Our small groups are patterned after the methods of Jesus and the early church by making disciples through intentionally experiencing life together. This pattern of teaching helps believers grow into sprititual maturity, holds one accountable in their spiritual walk, and exhorts and lifts up those discouraged or exhausted by life. Hebrews 3:12-14 states, “Take care, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, leading you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. For we have shared in Christ, if we hold our first confidence firm to the end.”
